All those who adhere to the MPPU (in an open and free manner, in positions in institutions or parties, in public functions at any level, in study and research, or in the commitment to active citizenship) endeavour to:

to weave relationships inspired by universal fraternity: among themselves, in their own parties and among the various parties, in institutions, in public life;

to understand in depth the history and purpose of one’s own and others’ political projects, institutions, cities, acting towards others as we would like others to act towards us;

to renew an authentic political love for one’s own city, region or country, knowing that we are acting in and for a world political horizon;

to make our own the sufferings and wounds still open and to contribute to healing divisions and conflicts through paths of reconciliation;

● to place the most disadvantaged citizens and peoples on the political agenda, promoting the “culture of giving”;

encourage dialogue with and between economic, social and cultural spheres, to channel the initiatives of all towards a common project;

to renewing the pact linking elected representatives and voters, paying attention to the ethical, participatory and programmatic aspects of the mandate to which everyone must contribute with continuity and transparency;

to develop responsibility and competence for the renewal of political style, public policies, international relations and institutional structures.

In this same line of consistency, it is also important to give importance to ongoing global actions that highlight the importance of political action aimed at the common good:
