Behind the emotion and error done by terrorist acts conducted in Tunisia “on behalf” of ISIS, it has been forgotten that this country, through Italy, tired and persistent, has created a new political system and a constitutional framework. Written in the new framework is a founding pact that represents the new force and, probably, at the same time, the reason why it is the target of violent extremists.
