To remember May 9, 1950, where Schuman’s Declaration took place, we bring back a reflection by Victoria Martin de La Torre, a Ph.D. student of Sophia University where he has worked on Europe and multiculturalism, and author of the book “Europe, a leap into the unknown” and the documentary “Europe through the Generations”.
