The White House initiates an agreement on the nuclear program with the regime of Iran which could start a new chapter in the relations between both countries. There are certain coincidences between the two, Washington and Tehran of the Middle East, which justifies the change of course, similar to the normalization of the U.S.A’s relationship with Cuba.
