A good person, committed and challenged by his people. A leader who gave his all.  He was Mayor of Cerrito from 1999 to 2015 and then town councillor until his death in January 2017.

Lovera’s life as an experience of Fraternity and Unity

Vanina Grinovero: “These values [Fraternity and Unity] that crossed his entire life are the ideals of this movement of which Orlando was a reference point since 2006,” she said.

The officer was a member of the Cerrito Development Board, Mayor of the town for 16 years and a councilman for two years until his death. His death occurred on January 24, 2017, at the age of 47, as a result of a serious illness; at the time of his death he was occupying a position on the Deliberative Council.
